What Is The Counselor Ed Agreement

Nein what I think is that if the counselor really sent their share (did you ask directly if the counselor did?), then you need to know if the college has it, but for some reason it won`t appear on your son`s shared app screen.

Do any of you have this problem? My advisor submitted the school report (yay – it says “Submitted on 16.10.12 next to “School Report”). Directly above “School Report”, however, is “ED Agreement – Advisor Component” – and next to it is not “submitted”. If you scroll down, there is “ED Agreement – Parent Component” and it says “Submitted 9/6”. Also, the Supplements section states that I (student) submitted the ED agreement on 8.9. So why doesn`t he have the consultant-ED agreement? I know my advisor is in favour of using ED; she told me. If she hasn`t received an email from Common App about this ED agreement, like my mom, how can I reach her?

The shared app is so crazy that, as far as you know, the 10-16-12 date is supposed to cover both the ED agreement and the consultant.

If your son can still send his application without the counsellor indicating it on the screen, the school can simply fax an agreement that the counsellor must sign.

We emailed the consultant today. She replied that she did not do so because she planned to check with him to see if he still wanted to use the ED (some children change their minds during the process). So today she submitted her “ED agreement” – and now it says “submitted 18.10.12” next to “ED AGgreement – Counselor Component”!! Yay! Now we are only waiting for the teacher`s two letters. My son sent out polite reminders on Saturday explaining that he needed everything before 10/31, and on Tuesday they both sent an email that they would bring them. They both like it, so I think they`re just imbued with requests for letters (that`s what the counselor told us – she said she would help them and talk to them if they weren`t there before 10/29).

The deadline for university is 11/15, but my son wants to have 2 weeks to make sure everything is there and send things back if necessary. I`ll be happy when it`s done!!

Glad, it was only that the consultant had not made the form. Good luck to your son!

Apply the university, explain the situation and ask for the name of the person you want your advisor to call to fill out the form.

I would ask your advisor about this first before calling the college`s admissions office.

Theach, someone, the counselor or the school, should contact the shared app to fix this on your son`s screen if it prevents your son from submitting his application.

After your son has been frightened by the counselor, you can definitely call the university and find out if he has it

Thank you to many, Lakemom and Testobsessed.. .
